This paper presents preclinical trials of a new drug Eprimek developed by API-SAN Company. One of the basic ingrediens of Eprimek is eprinomectin which has a high effectiveness and a wide spectrum of action. This drug refers to macrocyclic lactones 8,3±0,47 g/kg (of body weight) LD50 is contained in Eprimek. Referring to classification this drug is low-toxic compound (the 4th level of danger). That leads to a conclusion that this drug could be used to perform clinical trials on animals and be used in the manufacture.
