Tab Mapper

The tab mapper is a handy little tool that will render a guitar tab file with graphic chord diagrams displayed alongside. This comes in handy for people who just don't have every single chord shape memorized. Just plug in the web site address of a valid .tab or .crd file and hit "Go". In general, the tab mapper does a better job with printer friendly URLs. If there is more than one way to play a chord, the tab mapper will choose the most common shape. To see other fingerings, click on the chord diagram and you will be taken to the chord calculator.

    F C
You saved for a bass guitar
                   F C
And you knew you'd made a mistake when you first saw Marr
          F C
With your pen and notebook you've blown me away
         F C
It's the smallest words we cannot say

     F C
Your favourite colour is that of red wine
      F C
Which brings me around to your favourite pastime
           F C
With your pen and notebook you've blown me away
      F C
And I won't be blamed for not feeling the same

F C
Are the stars out tonight?
F C
From the south-side, oh the prettiest side
F C
Will you stumble or fall tonight?
        Dm C
Are you watching, wrapped up cosy and tight?

F C (repeat over strings)

We're not the same
We're not the same
We're not the same
