This is a legal disclaimer outlining the terms and conditions for purchasing items from Mintt Global Inc. The disclaimer states that all items come with a lifetime warranty, but does not cover any labor associated with the installation or removal of parts, or any locksmith fees. The buyer will not be reimbursed for any such fees, and the seller?s liability is limited to the price of the item sold. The disclaimer also states that returns must be in original condition and be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), otherwise, the return will be deemed unauthorized. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and will be held for no more than 45 days after receipt. The disclaimer further states that electrical parts are tested prior to purchase, and if returned, all units will be inspected for burnt components, physical damage, and water damage. The lifetime warranty will be void if an item is returned with any signs of burnt components, physical and/or water damage, misuse, abuse, modifications, opened, tampered with, and/or used for any purpose not originally intended, the vehicle is involved in a collision, or the security seal is removed, broken, and/or damaged. The buyer must activate the warranty within 20 days of receipt to be valid. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned programmed items are subject to an additional $85 non-refundable programming fee and, if the buyer purchased keys, the return is subject to an additional $90 non-refundable key fee.

The disclaimer further states that all returns for money back must be received by the seller within 30 days from the date of original purchase, and returns received after 30 days from the date of the receipt of the package include an option for an exchange or in-store credit. In-store credit is subject to the return fees when the unit is free of defects, which shall be determined solely by the seller. The seller reserves the right to require a buyer to return an alleged faulty/defective unit to the seller at the buyer?s expense for testing prior to replacement. The disclaimer also states that the seller will not reimburse any fees that the buyer expends in connection with a possible faulty/defective unit(s), including locksmith fees, diagnostic fees, rental car fees, storage fees, dealership fees, third-party reprogramming fees, etc. Seller is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or import carrier fees for any country. Buyer assumes responsibility for any tariffs, taxes and import carrier fees at time of sale. If receipt of package is refused by the Buyer, no refund will be issued. The transaction shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Florida, and the validity, interpretation, and performance shall be governed by Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this transaction shall be brought in Orange County, Florida. Finally, the disclaimer states that after one claim, the warranty is exhausted, and the buyer accepts all the terms and conditions set forth herein upon purchase.
