The tab mapper is a handy little tool that will render a guitar tab file with graphic chord diagrams displayed alongside. This comes in handy for people who just don't have every single chord shape memorized. Just plug in the web site address of a valid .tab or .crd file and hit "Go". In general, the tab mapper does a better job with printer friendly URLs. If there is more than one way to play a chord, the tab mapper will choose the most common shape. What are the requirements to own a home?
Once a client has chosen a preferred home, he or she will be required to pay ANG-BC 10% deposit of the total cost. An agreement will be signed by the client agreeing to pay the remaining amount in installments as construction progresses until completion
Can a foreigner also own a home?
Non- residents and Kenyans living abroad can own a home with ANG-BC. They will be expected to provide relevant documentation.
Do you keep in touch at all stages of construction with your clients?
Yes, ANG-BC will involve the client from the planning of the home, design and construction up to completion stage.
